Elevated 503 Error Rate on Hosting

Resolved

A server in our hosting infrastructure became unresponsive, resulting in an elevated rate of 503 (Service Unavailable) errors for a subset of requests. Our monitoring systems detected the issue and the affected server was terminated. A healthy replacement was brought online, restoring normal service.
